Since 2001, Director of the Tilburg Law and Economics Center, one of the top research institutes globally composed of some 40 members working on the interdisciplinary study of the governance of economic activity. Principal investigator of ‘Resilience and Evolution of Voluntary Economic Activism and the Role of Law’ (Consolidator Grant, financed by the European Research Council – ERC, €2 million). Over fifteen years of teaching and research experience in economic law and regulation and with an extensive publication record in top journals in the field.
