I am a Land Tenure Specialist with fifteen years of experience working within the UN system on natural resources management, livelihoods, land policy and tenure governance, with a particular focus on fragile countries. I have applied my technical expertise in land to identify entry-point for strategic engagement for UN programs, advise Governments on how to make their governance frameworks more responsive to changing citizens’ needs, and design and manage comprehensive programs that take into account short term impact and longer-term sustainability while increasing resilience. I have managed programs and projects funded by a wide range of development partners.

Since 2017 most of my work focuses on providing strategic advice to Governments and other organizations on how to make their tenure governance frameworks and programmes more responsive to citizens' needs and rethink land governance to make it an enabler for development objectives.
