Riziki is a Management Consultant at INNOVEX Development Consulting and holds Bachelor of Arts in Statistics degree. He has both theoretical and practical knowledge with extensive experience in areas of research, surveys, monitoring and evaluation. He speaks fluently both Swahili and English. He has worked as a Technical Assistant Data Manager on Project Clear, which is implementing the National Sanitation Campaign of Tanzania (on Going).
He has worked as an Open Data Kit (ODK) Independent Consultant for International Youth Foundation in partnership with FXBT Health in 2019 on the Youth Lead Research; Factors Affecting Tanzanian Male and Female Youth Livelihoods, Employability and Youth Engagement In Policy And Program Design And Implementation. His role was to create the ODK questionnaire for the Quantitative tools and ensure that all the data collectors have submit all the data on the daily basis. He was also responsible of extracting the submitted data on the server and clean it so as it can be used for analysis.
He has also worked as a Data Management Technical Assistant on Implementation of the National Sanitation Campaign phase II in Tanzania – sanitation and Hygiene Behavioral Change Campaign in Tanzania, Baseline Survey, Data Quality Assessment and Process Evaluation 2017-2020; (as ODK Consultant). In this assignment Riziki was the Field Manager and Data Management Technical Assistant. He assisted on preparing ODK Tools for Data Collection and Training Data Collectors before field visits The Objective of the assignment was to collect baseline data about sanitation and national sanitation campaign awareness and impact in Tanzania. Also, another part of the assignment was to conduct data quality assessment about the national sanitation data of Tanzania. This assignment is contracted to INNOVEX by the Department for International Development (DfID) and it entailed monitoring of sanitation and hygiene achievement during the 4year campaign period. The assignment entailed designing and supporting delivery of sanitation and hygiene behavior chance campaign under the Water Sector Development Program (WSDP).
Among other relevant assignments, he was involved in; Qualitative Analysis of T-Watoto as a tool for Programme Monitoring; UNICEF – 2018
Riziki has worked as a Researcher for the Mastercard foundation in partnership with Restless Development 2017/2018, where participated in a Research in Agri-food System which was done in seven African countries, namely Tanzania, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Malawi, Zambia and Ghana. The research investigated the explored the berries and opportunities for young people in Africa to ideate and uptake different innovations and technologies in different value chain of Agriculture. He was involved in development of the data collection tools, data collection and qualitative analysis and report launching which was done in Ghana (Report link: http://bit.ly/agritechreport2018). In this Project he was also trained to develop questionnaire forms on mobile devices using Open Data Kit (ODK) platform.
He has worked as Associate Consultant at Garyvero Company in Monitoring and Evaluation assignments (2015), Youth Think Tank Researcher for the Mastercard Foundation in Partnership with Restless Development in 2017 to 2018. Riziki has experience in monitoring and evaluation, he fully participated in the final evaluation of Wajibika Project, 2015 contracted to GaryVero Co. Ltd in 2015 where he worked as the associate consultant and participated in data collection, and assisted in data analysis.
Also, has further experience in monitoring and evaluation, he fully participated in the mid-term evaluation of the Oxfam project and British Council contracted to GaryVero Co. Ltd in 2015 where he worked as the associate consultant and participated in data collection, and assisted in data analysis
