- Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Irrigation Engineering
- Level 2.1 Post Graduate Diploma in Water Supply and Sanitation Student
- A total of 12 years professional experience with 3 years post qualification experience; five years in public or government organisation and seven years in the private sector running WASH projects in foreign country and home country
- Experience in design and implementation, monitoring and evaluation of projects and or programmes, knowledge on best practices identification, quality assurance and international quality standards
- Proposal writing, research, facilitation, learning and knowledge management
- Professional in management information system, build and manage database, data analysis and survey design, questionnaire design, quantitative and qualitative data collection, data edition, descriptive and inferential data analysis, impact evaluation and report writing
- Advanced knowledge on Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks, Monitoring and Evaluation plan and
- Performance Monitoring Plan Management, supervision of Technicians, Data collectors, Knowledge and experience of accountability and participation of beneficiaries and stakeholders
- Diversified knowledge and skills on Monitoring and Evaluation systems for development and emergency contexts as well as health, nutrition, education, child protection, WASH, Gender, food security, resilience building and livelihoods
- Competency in and experience with data collection tools
- Excellent in using MS office applications, internet and autocad
- Sound communication, liaison and negotiation skills, and networking relationship with team and partners, government officials and consultancy companies
