Mr. Méthode Bagurubumwe has a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management and over 14 years of  experience with international NGOs and UN agencies respectively the World Wide Fund for Nature and the United Nations Human Settlements Organization. During my experience I have work in project management, geomatics, geographical information system, planning of land use, drone aerial photography, participatory mapping, community-based natural resource management, community forestry, conflict management and prevention between local communities and protected areas, in Geographical Information Systems and Geographic Information System Training (GIS). I carried out short consultancy missions to the European Union in energy and environment program.
