Seasoned Transport Specialist, fully bilingual (English and French), with 27 years of experience in the transport sector including public institutions, private sector, and Multilateral Development Banks. In depth knowledge of Transport, Road Asset Management, Trade/Transport facilitation, Road sector institutional frameworks, Urban transport, and demonstrated ability to work on other sub-sectors, (i.e. Rail, Maritime, Air transport, Digital, Energy, Agriculture). Experience in the development of Public-Private Partnership projects in the road sector. Experience of fragile country contexts.
