Mr. Loeff was Deputy Managing Director of Enclude. As a consultant he specialises in (Micro)Credit and finance schemes for SMEs, Small and micro enterprise financing and development, Institutional capacity building, HRD, Counselling services for SMEs and Loan Officer training, Planning and management of small enterprise programmes, and Project formulation, evaluation and management. Mr. Loeff has worked as a short and long term expert in a variety of projects worldwide. In recent years he fulfilled the role of project director for large scale projects carried out by Enclude.
