Specialized in financial and performance audit & advisory services for development aid programmes and projects funded by development partners and international institutions (more than 15 years of experience) and internal controls reviews, financial analysis, financial and legal diagnostic reviews, investigative and internal audits and risk management, skills and training needs analysis (TNA), writing of audit and training manuals.

Robust experience in institutional and organisational capacity assessment, design & implementation of capacity building plans, procurement audit, project evaluation & legal and financial due diligence reviews in public and private financial, manufacturing and service sectors

Significant experience with projects involving improvement and development of Financial Information Management as part of PFM reform in developing countries encompassing public expenditure review, assessment of adequacy of Integrated Financial Management Systems (IFMS), efficiency of government monitoring agents. 

Knowledge of major donor grant management, procurement, reporting and audit guidelines such as UN Agencies, WB/IDA/IBRD, IFC, DfID, SIDA,DANIDA, ECHO, USAID (OMB Circulars), CRS, AFD, EC,EU, CIDA among others.

Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Accounting Standards (IAS), International Public Accounting Standards (IPSAS), INTOSAI and International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
