- MA degree in International Relations and European Integration;
- Over 15 years of experience in international project management, business development and strategic acquisition;
- Hands on approach to project management with extensive knowledge of PMC and procurement;
- Wide experience in working for numerous international donors, among SIDA, UNDP, UNHCR, EC, etc
- Knowledge and experience on working with the Civil Society sector in the EaP countries;
- Proven experience of cooperation with Public Authorities in the EaP countries;
- Knowledge of evaluation methods and techniques and complex policy and strategy evaluations in the field of external relations and development cooperation with working knowledge of EU Neighbourhood and Enlargement policies and their implementation modalities;
- Proven experience in research assistant positions in international projects and carrying out evaluations by means of numerous techniques: IDIs, desk research, PAPI, CAWI, etc
- Fluency in Romanian, English, Russian, good command of French and Polish;
- Experience in working in an international environment and multinational team.
