Winnie has a public/community health background with advanced degree in public health majoring in population and Reproductive health with an experience of 4 years in operational research and HIV care and Management. Through this work she has gained experience in project management through conducting needs assessments, developing work plans, monitoring studies on-site and offsite and reporting.

She has excellent analytical, communication, presentation, protocol development and report writing skills, as well as demonstrated ability to work with efficiency and diplomacy, as part of a team and independently. She has excellent knowledge of the health system structure and skills in collaborating with partners and stake holders.
