About
- Around 10 years of cumulative experience in the monitoring and evaluation of health project/programs as part of HIV and TB Global Fund’s grant management and research activities (on HIV, adolescent health, and Neglected Tropical Diseases) in developing countries including the Côte d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Thailand, Zambia and currently the Central African Republic;
- Extensive experience in providing technical support in health system strengthening interventions, mainly on aspects related to health information system management, health system governance and the design and implementation of community-based service delivery approaches;
- Over 7 years of expertise in project management (operational planning, tracking the implementation progress, risk assessment and mitigation, financial and programmatic reporting);
- More than 5 years of experience in the management of community-based mutual health insurance organizations;
- Experienced in conducting the evaluation, selection, and capacity building of implementing partners;
- Good knowledge about the Global Fund’s grant management procedures;
- Good experience in Health Policy and Health system research (designing, implementing, and reporting) ;
- Skilled in using software for quantitative and qualitative data collection, management and analysis such as Open Data Kit, Epi Info, Microsoft Excel, DHIS 2, STATA, ATLAS ti, ORA, and QGIS;
- Fluent in French (mother tongue), English, Lingala, and Swahili.
