Over 20 years of experience have been invested in various domains such as strategic planning, program development, research, education, and advocacy, collaborating extensively with both the public and non-profit sectors as well as academic institutions.

In recent consultancy roles, the expert has facilitated numerous planning and evaluation processes, helping organizations like the Ecumenical Women’s Fund in developing their Theory of Change and learning, monitoring, and evaluation systems. The work extends to volunteerism, particularly focusing on refugees’ and women’s rights since early 2019.

Recent evaluation work involved a broad spectrum of international development initiatives. Projects include evaluating support for Executive Directors of Latin American Women’s Funds, the Mediterranean Women’s Fund programs in 20 countries, and the 'International Partnership for LGBTI Political Participation and Leadership'. Each evaluation addressed strategic goals, impact measurement, and organizational development, resulting in enhanced operational frameworks and strengthened international partnerships.

Teaching roles at Spanish universities entail leading modules like “Gender in Development” and “Health and Development” within Master programs of International Cooperation and Development. Concurrently, the expert contributed as Director of the Cantabria Public Health Observatory, overseeing critical evaluations of public health programs and shaping policy development.
