Starting from information transfer to Small and Medium sized Enterprises at the Netherlands Organization for Applied Scientific Research TNO, via the development of interactive consumer services for the insurance companies Centraal Beheer and Hannoversche Leben, followed by the realization of cross-media approaches for TV2 in Hungary, I have generalist experience in innovating business and information processes to offer.

My pioneering role has been one of concept and strategy development but also one of selling developed concepts to potential users. Finally I managed project implementations as an external consultant and managing director.

Working in different international mass-communication environments has at the same time lead to insight in cultural factors and stimulated me to develop my own cultural communication tools.

Since 2015 I work on a personal refugee integration initiative named refival.org which focuses on exploiting the synergy between refugee incubation and rural revitalization (www.docs.refival.org).
