Arlette Iyakaremye Nyinawinkindi is a passionate Gender and Inclusive Development specialist, specialized in gender mainstreaming in policies and programs . Six years experience working for the Gender Monitoring Office (GMO) as Gender Specialist, Kigali Rwanda. Holder of a Master.Sc in International Studies, Major of Development Studies from Ewha Women University, South Korea. She consulted for Kagera Temp/FAO for Land degradation, assessment of livelihoods in Yanze subcatchment. She currently works as independent National Consultant to Water for Growth Rwanda and UNWOMEN. Voluntarily assist women's organizations in saving and small business start up. Believe in African transformation based on East Asian development experience.
