About
With over fifteen years of experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E), including working knowledge under donor-funded international civil society organizations programs. As the Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist on the USAID supported Northern Ghana Agricultural Governance Program, I designed a hybrid activity M&E system from the four consortium organization with sustainability, human resource skill and capacities from the beginning. My multi task skills positioned me for the coordinator of a multi country DFID funded project on inclusion, cooperation, conflict and climate smart governance (CoCooN), where I successfully strategized and worked with government agencies, research institutions and civil society organizations. I have also served as national technical advisor for DANIDA funded Rights-Based-Approaches to natural resources governance and civil society inclusion. With over five years of work with government on EU funded agricultural capacity building project, I possess a firm grasp of EU funded requirements cutting across environment, gender, conflicts and security. I have amassed wealth of knowledge and experience working directly under government and civil society organizations. On proposal development, projects implementation, I lead the program quality and impact measurement at CARE international since 2014. On innovation, I led in conceptualizing, designing and implementing an index for measuring districts’ agricultural governance and performance.
