I am an accomplished postgraduate professional civil engineer holding a Master's Degree (MSc) in Geotechnical Engineering from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. With a diversified career spanning over 25 years, I have gathered extensive expertise in various road projects, both within Nepal and abroad.My responsibilities varied from meticulous design scrutiny contract management and quality control pavement design and pavement maintenace. duringmy work i used to use t NS,IS ASTM and AASHTO as required 

Currently, I am employed as a Material and Pavement Engineer in a World Bank-funded project. In this capacity, my prime responsibility is to assist the Department of Road Engineers in addressing issues related to materials and pavements including but limited to the Asphalt mix design, selection of the maintenance activity, establishment of the quality control mechanism including the assistances  preparation  and approval of QAP. . 

In addition to my advisory role, I have consistently been recognized as a valuable resource person, actively participating in training initiatives organized by different departments of the Government of Nepal. These training programs are meticulously designed to empower engineers and senior divisional engineers, and I have been entrusted with sharing my expertise in these contexts. I was also assigned by the International Labor Organisation/ The Papua New Guinea University of Technology, SREIT programe for delivering a Online training class on topic Quality Assurance and Quality Control in Base and Bituminous Works.In general my training  focus primarily centers around vital areas such as specification adherence, asphalt concrete and surface dressing design, as well as the different aspects of flexible and rigid pavement. I have been also actively involved by the department of road in ongoing  specification revision task
