• 26 years of professional experience management expertise including 20 years in Serbia, Ukraine, Georgia, Russia, Moldova,  Croatia, Romania, Kosovo, Turkey and Uzbekistan. 
• 15 years’ specific experience in municipal and environmental infrastructure management and planning within water/wastewater / solid waste / energy sector involving capacity building and PRAG/FIDIC contract supervision and 3 years change management within UK County Councils.
• Over 11 years proven record in project management in his function of Team Leader for EU, EAR & IFIs (EBRD, ISPA/IPA, SIDA, WB). Management of multi-disciplinary teams comprising local and international experts and multi-stakeholder projects including 8 projects in Ukraine, Turkey, the Russian Federation, Georgia, Kosovo, Croatia, Uzbekistan and Romania valued at 1-4MEUR in terms of consultancy fees / services. Study Manager of 2 projects at 700,000EUR. Over 6 years’ expertise gained in managing and implementing EU investment projects within the environmental sector of up to 500MEUR.
