He also possesses certificates in (a) Perfecting Partnership (partnership management) by Villanova University, Institutions Capacity Strengthening, (b) Advanced Personal Security, (c) Emergency Response and Recovery; Emotional Intelligence. Amiel is pursuing the USAID Assistance Certification Program by Humentum. Amiel has excellent skills in Operations (Procurement, HR, Logistics) Management, Advanced Excel, Sun system and QuickBooks.

Amiel possesses over 10 years of experience at senior level position in relief, development, humanitarian, media and health sectors working in INGOs Grants and Compliance Management. He worked with international NGOs: Population Services International, Plan International, Global Communities, Institute for War and Peace Reporting, Christian Blind Mission and Catholic Relief Services “CRS’ all implementing projects funded by major donors like USAID, DFID, EU, CDC, Global Fund, SIDA, GIZ, United Kingdom of Netherland and others.
