I am a Civil/Roads Engineer/Project Manager with a Masters Degree in Project Construction Management from the University of Pretoria in South Africa. I also hold a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Malawi. I am an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) amongst other reputable bodies.

I have over 25 years in road construction (both paved and unpaved). My specialties are the following:
