About
Highly skilled Monitoring and Evaluation Expert facilitating and leading on planning, monitoring, evaluation, and knowledge management functions. My current focus is directed towards international development programs in areas related to agro-industry, community economic development, micro-enterprise development, women and gender, capacity building and social change,
As part of the Syrian Crisis Response team, my previous work includes leading on the performance measurement of humanitarian assistance programs benefiting Syrian refugees and vulnerable Lebanese, covering WASH (water, sanitation, and hygiene), protection, cash, and livelihoods with funding by various donors including OFDA, EC, DFID, CIDA, ECHO, UNICEF, UNHCR, IrishAid, DFATD, USAID, and BPRM.
Prior to this, I was supporting capacity building efforts in establishing collaboration with refugees from Syria living in informal settings and gathering and provide necessary information for identification of gaps and duplication in services together with the refugees for improved assistance to vulnerable beneficiaries and improved on-site coordination.
I am a competent individual with great experience in the field of quality control and quality assurance, humanitarian emergency response with donors and NGOs. I have extensive knowledge of monitoring and evaluating projects, providing technical support and then making suggestions for ways to make improvements. My experience includes managing the development and design of all assessments, preparing progress reports and monitoring and following the progress of proposals and projects. I have a great understanding of accountability principles, quality control, data collection and validation, and statistical methods.
