• 33 years of working experience in ICT sector. 20 years of project management experience in senior management positions;
  
• 25 years of experience in dealing with government authorities on design, implementation and management of complex ICT solutions and applications.
  
• 20 years of experience in preparation of tender dossier, terms of reference and technical specifications for large complex IT systems in the Public Sector and experience as independent evaluator.
  
• Experience in preparation of tender dossier according PRAG rules as well as Word Bank rules
  
• Long-track record in participation in International donors funded projects (i.e.: PHARE, World Bank, etc.); More than 18 years experience in implementation of that kind of projects in the country in transition.
  
• Significant experience in business analysis, needs evaluation, IT project management and preparation and development of EU Supply Tender Dossier documents.
  
• Excellent skills on software development methodology, Management Information Systems and Information security policy.
  
• Experience in training and promotion methodology: train the trainers, end user training.
