About seven years’ experience in working with Governmental and Non-governmental organizations In Somaliland. I have already developed two M&E frameworks for government and non-government institution, beside that I have contributed to many third party and research projects across Somaliland in collaboration with local and international research institutions, such as Peace Research Institute Oslo (PRIO), Rako Research and Communication Centre. In addition to that, I am part time lecturer in Faculties of Engineering at University of Hargeisa and Gollis University respectively. Currently, I am the director of planning at Somaliland Ministry of Energy and Minerals and the M&E officer of SEAP World Bank project. In 2018, I have gained my Master of Project Planning and Management from Hargeisa University and in 2011, I have gained my B.Sc. of Chemical Engineering from Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University, Egypt.
