PMP, CP3P (F, P) with over 13 years of experience in technical, commercial and economic advisory services in capital intensive infrastructure development projects. Based in Singapore for the last 10 years, and previously 3 years in UK, Nadia’s focus has been providing advice on PPP/P3 projects particularly in social infrastructure and transportation sectors in developing economy countries in Asia, having either project manager or a specialist team member role. She has advised on a number of path-finding PPP projects in Indonesia, Laos, China, Fiji and Kazakhstan.

Key services: PPP transaction advisory assignments on behalf of the government funded by multi-lateral development banks (Asian Development Bank, IFC, World Bank), in all stages of project preparation from project identification & screening, feasibility studies & business cases and drafting technical inputs to procurement documents; risk allocation, project structuring, procurement, option analysis, basic financial modelling, delivering capacity building. 

Nadia has a proven track record of efficient client-facing project management of all aspects of the assignment: contractual, delivery, resourcing and budget matters, which results in profit generating outcomes and repeated work from the clients.

She is competent working with multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams; liaising with and presenting to a range of stakeholders, such as high-ranking government officials, financiers, law firms, and other technical professionals.
