- Undertook global, regional and local industry trend studies for selected value chains, products and market combinations; explores upgrading and market positioning options for selected products or for specific value chains, sectors or sub-sectors.
- Undertook a market-led assessment for improved performance and profitability / business models for selected products/sectors combinations; Participate in the development of business and profitability models for specific stakeholders that prioritize opportunities and identification of lead firms for partnerships in the context of value chains and cluster alliances.
- Facilitated product design and development focus groups that consider market channels, positioning, and branding and consumer awareness strategy.
- Performed consulting assignments, in collaboration with the client, by planning facilitating workshops, through other interactive sessions and assisting in developing the action plan the client will use to manage the change.
