National Office Projects Officer:

I am responsible for ensuring that projects’ technical, administrative and financial activities comply with donor and internal rules and regulations. I support the development of programmes and projects and oversee the preparation of result - oriented work plans, annual work plans (AWPs), strategic plans and other project management tools, and; I provide support to the implementation of the internal standard operating procedures in all the projects run by the organisation.  I work extensively with programmatic design having written multiple project proposals which include grant winning project proposals from Tillvaxtverket through funding from the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) and WWF Netherlands. These are Projects which fall under my management portfolio.  I am support staff and facilitator for the Unite4Climate Programme funded by UNICEF that deals with Climate Change mitigation and adaptation, forest rehabilitation and restoration, water and sanitation and Climate Change Ambassador training.  I am responsible in assisting with the Society’s environmental education programme by incorporating up-to-date techniques and practices for the youths/children and writing regular reports for social media which include making videos, power point presentations and newsletters for the Chongololo and Chipembele Clubs as well as office reports on CCCCZ activities.
