I have been working in many types of managerial positions, in Africa, for over 25 years. They all included a focus on communications and partnership formation. This experience led me to specialize in project management, training and capacity building of culturally diverse and multidisciplinary teams. I have worked with mobile operators, consultancy firms, NGO’s and government departments. My love for enabling effective stakeholder communication naturally evolved into a passion for the development of successful educational and health PPP’s in Tanzania, with all its complicities.
