I am a qualified candidate with 15 years experience in Disaster Risk Reduction, livelihoods, resilience and Humanitarian responce. I have high-level knowledge in Monitoring and evaluation, Reporting, Accountability, and Research for governments and non-governmental organizations at national level in emergency and non-emergency contexts in Malawi. I have led and collaborated with program staffs, government counterparts and interagency NGO consortia members in developing programs strategies and evaluation of activities for emergency and non-emergency, humanitarian and non-humanitarian programs. I have strong multi-stakeholder partnerships building, capacity development, livelihood strategy development among others, I have both private and public sector experience in a developing country context. Additionally, I have acquired managerial skills in Multisectrol projects such as water sanitation and hygiene including nutrition.
I have comprehensive knowledge in project management and I am a certified project manager with a certificate in project management for development practitioners.
