Administrative and Finance Management
- To ensure the respect of donors management procedures,
- To elaborate and monitor the project budgets;
- To elaborate the periodic financial reports of the differents projects,
- To facilitate the audit missions and follow up the recommendations ;
- Train and supervise the accounting and financial team;
- To propose of the management tools to the appreciation of the superior,
- To carry out the finance monitoring, supervise the local technical partners,
- To manage the procurement aspects of goods and services.
