Sr. Legal Adviser:

To draft or revise the legal documents such as notices, directives, contracts, agreements and memorandum of understandings, and; To assist AAA in drafting new regulations, charters, resolutions, legal Opinions, Memoranda, and other documents.

To represent AAA in all legal matters in the government, NGO’s, & other national & international organizations.

Court dealings, Lawsuits & to provide the much-needed legal assistance while dealing with some particular legal tasks, litigations, contracts, dispute resolution and guiding the organization in taking appropriate decisions;

Assist the AAA President/CEO in legal issues and assure that the proceedings are in compliance with the requirements of the legislation and legal system of Afghanistan;
