A motivated university graduate with statistics and economics qualification, and over ten years of diverse experience in humanitarian sector (emergency and recovery programs) with UN and international organizations like; WHO, Action Against Hunger, Merlin International, CMN, Unicef and IVAP. My prior experience/certification has given me strong ability to do online data collection, Data trends analysis, conducting assessments, MEAL system diagnostic and system improvement, Quality Assurance of Nutrition, WASH, Food security, DRR and agriculture programs, establishing accountability mechanism, CHS self-assessment, knowledge management and implementation of qualitative & quantitative studies like NCA, SMART, MIRA, SQUEAC and impact assessments. I can use Arc GIS, Tableau, Power BI, ENA for SMART, KOBO Toolbox, Nvivo NIS-Nutrition Information System, WHO anthro & Mortality, Cost of Diet, EPI Data, EPI info, Open Data Kit, SPSS software’s.

The key achievements in my career are, secure project grants for surveys and researches, winner of Global learning article competition 2019, mission CHS self-assessment, served the mission as regional gender champion and Gender Focal person, MEAL trends dashboard development, Power BI dashboard and online training for complaint response mechanism, introduce survey management tool and MEAL in emergency manual development. I have wrote two articles and three policy briefs, published on Cambridge University Press, and the university has granted me article reviewer membership.
I am very flexible and adaptable in challenging situations and believe on continues learnings rather than just highlighting programs negative practices, and established good working relationships with team members with zero conflict in whole career, managing large teams, long travels, timely decision making and introducing innovative approaches for maximizing program performance.
