Chikondi has over 16 years professional experience in development programming, analysis of development proposals, monitoring and evaluation, policy analysis, preparation of SWAps and financing. He has further conducted research on cost – efficiency and effectiveness of systems, interventions and business ventures among other areas. Chikondi has conducted socioeconomic analyzes through the use of various analytical tools, software and presentations through various mediums. He has also facilitated assessments on capacity building, developed policies for National and Sub-National Governments. He has in the recent past conducted analysis in gender and development in analytics of programme reviews.
