Master Degree in Gender Studies, strong analytical skills, specialist in Capacity Building, Research (Qualitative and Quantitative), Training and Facilitation skills, Advocacy, Coordination, excellent communication, problem solving and collaboration skills across languages, cultures and socio-economic backgrounds.
Research and Intervention Coordinator:
Plan and Coordinates the initiation of research study protocol and establishment of operating policies and procedures;
To promote research capacity building among community based organisations and girls groups;
Prepare ethics board applications;
Plan, implements and maintains data collections and analysis systems in support of research protocol, coordinate the collection and help in analysis of research data;
Recruits, instruct and coordinates research subjects and volunteers as appropriate to specific study objectives and work scope;
Ensure smooth and efficiency day to day operation of research and data collection activities;
Coordinate and supervise the provision of support services to investigators and researchers;
Create partnership with health facilities and hospitals, police gender desks, Local Government Authorities and youth centers which provide different facilities to the Adolescents girls and young women who are part of the project;
Organize and facilitate trainings and create link with other potential partners with skills essential to the project;
Prepare monthly report and submit as requested.
