Centers’ Supervisor:
- Ensure the efficiency of the workflow for each center.
- Develop good governance skills of Caritas supervisors by increasing knowledge and better implementation of the intended activities.
- Empower leadership management skills of Caritas centers’ supervisors.
- Enhance Caritas supervisors’ competences in promoting work quality of the staff.
- Improve Caritas centers’ supervisors’ capacities in communication, cooperation and coordination among stakeholders internally and externally.
- Conduct frequent monitoring visit to each center to identify, address changes and suggest remedial actions.
- Review centers’ daily reports of activities.
