Recruiting, building and leading an international lecturing team of senior professionals and academics (18 FTE) of a successful and growing bachelors niche programme (450 students). Developing, extending and consolidating an international network of business partners spanning the fields of international security (defence, diplomacy, intelligence), public safety (police, criminal justice, community development) and industrial safety (automotive, food, energy, leisure, critical infrastructures).
