Fungai Mukorah is a multidisciplinary Senior International Financial and Development Practitioner. Fungai has worked in multi-sector International Organisations in the Europe Middle East Africa Region. She has experience at both Operational and Strategic levels in Program Management, Financial Management and Reporting, Budget Management; Grants Management, Proposal Writing, Social and Business Research, Business and Strategic Planning, Policy, Process and Procedures Improvement and Change management. She is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (UK) and holds a Masters in Development Management from Open University UK.

Fungai has worked for International Organisations in Development and the Private Sector including CARE International in Zimbabwe, Mercy Corps;  Habitat for Humanity International and Sahara Chartered Certified Accountants. The experience has allowed Fungai to work with Local and National Government, International Organisations, the private sector and other Development Agencies such as Irish AID, USAID, KOICA, WFP, UNICEF and Cities Alliance.

Fungai has Contributed to some of the UN Sustainable Development Goals addressing issues relating to Sustainability, rural and urban development, Low Income Housing, Livelihoods, Orphans and Vulnerable Groups, Water Sanitation and Hygiene.  Fungai’s extensive experience in Africa and Middle East and her multi-disciplinary experience enables her to bring a unique understanding, share lessons and contribution to development work in Africa. Fungai is goal oriented and a good listener and has a unique way of bringing those who lag behind to the table for the overall sucess of the team.
