- Proven expertise in fundraising activities, mobilization of resources and budget formulation - Fundraising Strategy Lead with PathCheck Foundation (MIT), etc.;
- Extensive experience in roles across multinationals, research consulting companies, think-tanks, international donors and NGOs;
- Global level geographical experience in USA, Europe (EU27 and associated countries), Mexico, Brazil, Central India and South Africa;
- Relevant academic background – Master in Management and Marketing, Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration, Advanced Undergraduate Diploma in Data and System Analysis & Diploma in Computing from Oxford University and Master in Public Administration from Harvard University;
- Very good capacity building, training and coaching abilities; Good knowledge of cross-cutting issues (gender, good governance); adaptable and to multicultural environments;
- Excellent analytical, organization & planning and reporting skills; Leadership style that articulates clear strategic goals whilst reinforcing culture, conduct and values;
