Proven competence in various areas of program implementation (technical assistance activities, including stakeholders management, resources mobilisation to ensure functioning of the joint secretariat, programming, calls for projects and support for the potential applicants, evaluation and projects' selection, contracting and monitoring of projects, including training and support for the grantees, hands-on experience in implementation of programs and projects. Analytical and evaluative skills, strategic and results-oriented thinking, ability to apply judgement, to plan work and manage priorities, to identify issues, initiate corrective actions and follow-up, proficiency in project cycle management. Technical background with a university degree in engineering .
