About
I am a monitoring and evaluation specialist with fifteen years of specialized experience in research, monitoring and evaluation of livelihoods, economic recovery, health, nutrition, WASH, food security, education, child protection, women`s protection and empowerment programs in Uganda, South Sudan, Yemen and Iraq. I have provided technical leadership in setting up and implementing MEAL systems for a range of multi-year, multi-million dollar projects. I have extensive experience in setting up monitoring and evaluation systems, client feedback and complaints systems, streamlining data quality assurance processes, preparing periodic M&E reports for different audiences, mentoring and coaching of M&E teams at different levels just to mention but a few. Planning, coordinating and conducting qualitative and quantitative research studies are other areas I have been actively involved in. Over the years, I have developed core competences in humanitarian programming, data visualization, GIS, documenting project success stories, developing technical briefs and lessons learnt. I have also been actively involved in periodic evaluation exercises to assess progress made in achieving program objectives.
