As the Task Manager, PPP & Infrastructure Finance for the United Kingdom Nigeria Infrastructure Advisory Facility (a 4-year GBP 74 billion FCDO Facility), I manage a 2-task team of 10 consultants conducting the screening of sovereign and subnational PPP projects to kickstart the process of negotiations to deliver a USD 3 billion pipeline every year under a Mutual Accountability Framework. I also manage a team scoping project preparation facility and developing a private sector engagement strategy for the pipeline.
