Over 20 years of experience in projects management of transportation master planning and road engineering projects. He spent the last 16 years working on numerous projects in the Middle East for industry leading developers and various government authorities. Dr. Al-Dulaimi’s career has covered diverse aspects of road engineering field including Roads Design, Road and Traffic Safety Audit, Transportation Master Planning, Transportation Demand Management, and Development of Overall Transportation Solutions. His work experience encompasses academic, private and public sectors both in North America and the Middle East. He has also undertaken advisory roles on a variety of major roads and transportation projects.

Dr. Al-Dulaimi has extensive experience in Highway design, management and coordination work. He has been involved with numerous projects and covered various aspects within the field of Highway design with projects of various sizes. His main activity included the management and design of major civil engineering projects including infrastructure services and roads. His responsibilities included: Management and leadership of the project team, Liaison with government departments and other approving agencies to obtain and verify design standards and criteria.
