SPM Data and Research Intern:

The Social Performance Management (SPM) team in Opportunity International collects, analyses and reports social data to enhance decision-making across the Opportunity network.
Analysed social data for 20+ microfinance partners across Africa, Asia, and Serbia; including analyses of Poverty Probability Index (PPI) data for partners in Africa.
Spearheaded COVID-19 partner-preparedness research through pinpointing relevant policies and practices at both country and partner specific levels.

Research Assistant:

Currently assisting with research on citizen satisfaction with government services and Singapore's public-private partnerships.
Produced brief case studies on privatisation and contracting-out in Singapore.
Performed research tasks such as conducting literature reviews on citizen satisfaction research.
