Jennifer is a gender equality and social inclusion specialist, expert trainer and well-rounded international development practitioner with proven gender analysis skills and diverse technical writing and research experience supporting gender transformative tool development, activity design, project implementation, and gender-integrated proposals.
Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in multi-cultural and multi-lingual work environments and is fluent in French and Spanish. Her strengths include designing and delivering trainings and workshops on gender equality, diversity and inclusion, sexual harassment, and preventing and responding to sexual exploitation and abuse.
