Project Manager:

- Set up, plan and ensure timely implementation of MdM project activities.
- Organization of monitoring and surveillance programmes in fragile contexts during the Covid-19 emergency in the territory of Rome.
- Manage project staff (i.e. psychologists, cultural mediators, social workers, volunteers and partners).
- Participate to develop a M&E framework.
- Monitor activities and the results in relation to project indicators.
- Plan project expenditures in line with donors requirements and procurement rules.
- Participate to project reporting.
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of the advocacy strategy.
- Liaise with local partners, communities and with relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to needs assessments (target population, local authorities, civil society organizations).
- Ensure target population participation to the implementation of the project.
- Liaise with local health and social services (with a focus on MH and SRH) to ensure effective referral, in collaboration with local partners.
- Develop communication material.
