I am an IT graduate with over 15 years of professional exposure in different national and international setups. Currenltly, I am serving as operations support staff in a prestigious bank where I am responsible for desktop support, POC for software/hardware installation/update on client/server machines, update antivirus and implement domain policies, database regular backup/restore, IT network support, managing hardware inventory and also responsible for general banking operations including ATM operational activities, inward/outward cheques clearing, cheque book issuance, online fund transfers, payment of foreign/inland remittances, account opening, assist branch manager as and when required for business development.
