Legal Counsel / Coordinator:

Responsibilities include drafting minutes of representations, public civil actions, appeals, legal opinions and ministerial recommendations. Following up with civilian inquiries, criminal investigative procedures, legal proceedings and accompanying public prosecutors to judicial and public hearings and trial sessions;
Responsibilities include: Legal and data research regarding public policies tangent to several environmental themes (territory management, urban order and mobility, basic sanitation, solid waste, water resources, pesticides, noise pollution, cultural heritage, animal rights, etc.), aiming at developing strategies of uniform, proactive and preventive action; drafting minutes of documents and reports; delegation and review of tasks delegated to the secretariat and trainees; participation in meetings; and conference calls.
