Adequate skills and expertise in environmental Governance and Rural Development facilitation. While consulting for the Nigerian Conservation Foundation (NCF) in two field projects, I was in the management team of a DFID UK funded Sustainable livelihood programs of two (2) projects in Nigeria, Titled: (1) Biodiversity Action Plan and (2) Securing forest land rights – Participatory Forest Management both in Edo, the Niger Delta region and Taraba States.

Gender and Social Inclusion (GSI) analysis and social development skills: universality, inter-linkages and tensions between different social development aims and policies for improving literacy, poverty alleviation and/or sustainable environmental management; 

Strong skills in Evidence-based Sectoral Policy Development, action research & Advocacy [for Knowledge Translation] to enable facilitation of establishment of functional community-based mechanisms for Sustainable Rural Livelihoods, Sustainable Environmental management, Agriculture & Food Security, Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Health and Education. 

Very strong competency in design, implementation of Organizational Development processes (Strategic Planning, Organizational Assessment, Community Needs Assessments, Monitoring and Evaluation- outcome and impact qualitative and quantitative mapping).

Strong knowledge and skills in humanitarian aid issues: Conflict transformation and Peace building; Disaster Management and Relief work.
