Project Manager:

Management of programme activities, finances and performance; Oversee the compilation of project reports and annual financial statements in accordance with the relevant standards; Manage the short course training programmes; Manage relationship with relevant stakeholders and organisations;

Develop a resource mobilisation strategy for the project; Contribute to tobacco control policy development and review from time to time; Compilation of the budget according to funder requirements; Development and implementation of budget controls within the project environment; Ensure sound risk management within project; Manage the performance of the team reporting to this role, including independent consultants contracted to work on the project; Perform other ad-hoc function within research and programme implementation.
