My credential expertise for industrial entrepreneur skills are related to Process and Product Development of biomass processing, wet and dry extraction and product isolation technologies focus on functional foods, animal feed ingredients and high -value phytochemicals and therapeutic agents. I am currently focusing on operation of bench and pilot scale for downstream processing techniques (i. e. extraction and purification) of microalgae for development and optimization of nutraceuticals products (i.e. EPA; C20:5n-3) essential for human health.
