They have demonstrated an entrepreneurial mindset, consistently achieving success across international development projects and vocational education training (VET) initiatives. With over 7 years dedicated to implementing VET programs in Serbia, the expert has played a pivotal role in pioneering the dual education system in western Serbia, a project financed by the Swiss Development and Cooperation Agency.

In their role as Project Manager at Veeda PSD llc from 2018 to 2020, the expert led the third phase of the 'Private Sector Development in South Serbia' project under the sponsorship of the Swiss Development Agency.
