Business Development and engagements with clients: Lead/Perform analysis of FIs-potential clients; Determine needs and gaps; Lead/Prepare diagnostic reports of targeted FIs; Prepare and make presentations to partners and clients on IFC’s solutions; Work with clients and the team to develop proposals, PSAs, letters of engagement etc.

Advice and Solutions Implementation.

Assemble and manage the team to provide advisory services and/or training to clients, including: Prepare TORs for STC’s and scope of work within the Project Develop, implement and manage work plans for clients; Lead/supervise the content of the materials prepared for the clients by consultants; Ensure quality of the deliverables and services; Prepare interim and completion reports (as needed); Prepare presentations to clients on the solutions recommended for implementation.

Clients & other stakeholder’s relationship management: Mapping stakeholders of various sub-projects and discuss the long-term CRM strategies; Lead the relationships with the clients, potential clients and other stakeholders; Lead coordination of related projects and keep internal stakeholders updated on sub-projects with the clients.

Reporting: Quarterly reports to the Program Manager; Keep Program Manager and the team updated on the plans, activities and issues on regular basis; Draft of relevant sections of the Project Supervision Reports; Preparation of bi-annual donor reports for Austria and annual report for Japan.

Knowledge dissemination: Contribute to the drafting of Lessons learned (LL) by the outreach/communication analyst; Prepare presentation materials with LL’s for internal and external distribution/sharing/presentation; Coach junior team members and STCs on various aspects of the project.

Investment and grant fund management: Managing and supporting the grants requirement and implementation for the organization; Identify and develop strategies to optimize the grants administration process; Supervise the fund-raising team to ensure proper coordination of work.
